Please log in to DPD to track your order (you will be supplied a link with your confirmation email), there are no tracking facilities on dulwichdesigns.com. From here you will be able to find out where your parcel is and if it has been delayed, then why.

I am finding it hard to place my order

To get your order completed as quickly as possible please have the following details to hand when you call:

  • Billing & Shipping address

  • Card Details
  • The items you wish to order
We will then process the order for you and have a confirmation email sent.

I have a promo code but don't know how to use it

In your shopping bag there is an option to add your code found beneath the 'Checkout Securely' button.

My promo code isn't working

If your promo code isn't working there may be a number of reasons for this:

  • You can only apply one promo code at a time this includes promotional offers on the website. Therefore if there is already a promotion running, say a product has 10% off, then you will not be able to apply further discount to the item.
  • Your promo code has expired. Please checkout the details of your promo code.
  • You have entered it incorrectly.

How much does delivery cost?

£3.95 - Free delivery over £30 for UK. Delivery costs can vary over time. International delivery information found here.

How will you ship my order?

DPD next working day. Orders received before 1.30pm will be dispatched the same day.

Can I track my order?

You will be emailed a DPD tracking number once your order has been collected.

How long does delivery take?

Same dispatch if ordered before 1.30pm, this can vary during peak times. UK mainland deliveries DPD next day. Highlands and Islands DPD 2 - 5 working days (postcode dependant).

Can I specify a day for delivery?

If you provide us with your contact details you can do the following:

> Request goods to be left safe
> Deliver to neighbour
> Collect from depot
> Change delivery day
> Upgrade delivery

Returns & refunds

Can I return an item for a refund or exchange?

Yes, within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or 30 days for an exchange.
